At our production facility MHZ<\/a> a FAT has been carried out on a new type of vacuum lifting device for paper reels. For decades, the Aerolift lifting devices are used in automated paper mills. This new type of lifting device is engineered with a reduced height. The vacuum lifting devices for paper reels usually have a height of approximately three meters. We reduced this height by 500 mm without the loss of safety or capacity.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the vacuum lifters are equipped with new transport frames which includes a maintenance platform. The platform provides a better accessibility for maintenance.<\/p>\n

Why reducing the height?<\/b><\/h2>\n

The reduced height of the vacuum lifter means more space to stack the paper reels higher or to build the ceiling lower. All without loss of storage capacity. In addition, the vacuum lifter is also lighter than the previous types.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
