On customers request we adjusted 8 suction pads of a vacuum lifter which is used to handle precast concrete piles. The vacuum lifter<\/a> is part of a complete lifting solution to handle every pile on the outside stockyard of this customer. In total we delivered four vacuum lifters, of which three various. We adjusted the suction pads of the smallest vacuum lifter.<\/p>\n

Need to lift more precast concrete piles up to 12 meters<\/strong><\/h2>\n

During usage, the customer realised the need to lift more piles up to 12 meters, which was not possible with the smallest vacuum lifter. This lifter is specially designed to lift the smallest piles on the stockyard. With the new adjustments the vacuum lifter<\/a> can lift concrete piles up to 12 meters. Still the device is also able to lift the shortest concrete piles on the stockyard. The new suction pads are longer and therefore we also extended the beams of the suction pads. Moreover, the new suction pads also serve as spare parts for the other vacuum lifters.<\/p>\n
