The Aerolift ‘basic design vacuum lifter’ is developed the lift all kinds of metal, and even concrete. Due to a spring suspension also plates which aren’t perfectly flat can be lifted.
As a result of demands from the market Aerolift developed a basic design vacuum lifter. The dimensions can be adjusted to meet customer requirements. Key benefits:

The Aerolift 30ESS3000 can be used to lift all kinds of metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc.) but concrete as well. Due a spring suspension even plates which aren’t perfectly flat can be lifted. Moreover, the spring suspension divides the pressure over the suction pads.
By origin the design was meant for cutting machines. To move a plate to the cutting machine and to remove the pieces afterwards. The main requirement: flexible in its use. The working load has to be sufficient to lift a full plate onto the cutting machine and flexible enough to be able to pick up the pieces after cutting, regardless the different shapes. Both the suction pads and the cross beams of the Aerolift 30ESS3000 are adjustable, which makes it possible to lift many different product dimensions. Moreover, each suction pad can be isolated by means of a two-way valve.
We made a basic design of which the dimensions can be adjusted to meet the customer requirements and the dimensions of the product. Through an innovative design the vacuum lifter is light and manageable, but still able to lift products up to 3.000kg. Moreover the Aerolift 30ESS3000 is easy and ergonomic to control. The vacuum lifter is available for both 230V and 400V AC power supply.
We assemble the basic design vacuum lifter, but for transport we can take off the cross beams. This way the vacuum lifter is suitable for more compact transport. This will reduce shipping costs and the cross beams can easily be reattached by the customer.
In the design we used many standard components, which reduces the production time and delivery time.
The competitive price of this vacuum lifter is made possible by developments. Partly due standard components and a basic design. The design still meets our high quality standards. Just like any other Aerolift vacuum lifter, the device is provided with a safety provision in case of power failure.
