Aerolift mainly offers custom made lifting solutions. To engineer and produce the best possible lifting solution always takes up to weeks. In some situations, this is a problem because the customer requires the vacuum lifter immediately. Specially for these types of situation we offer rental vacuum lifters. If one of our rental vacuum lifters matches the requirements, this vacuum lifter is used during the production period of the custom made lifting solution. Also, in the situation of a short-term projects it is sometimes desirable to use rentals. In such a case, it is sometimes more profitable to rent than to invest in a vacuum lifting device.
Whether you buy or rent a vacuum lifter, Aerolift will do their outmost to supply the best possible lifting solution. We are happy to discuss your project and the best possible solutions. All rental devices are provided with standard suction pads. Requires your project different suction pads or amendments to the construction? This is possible but changing the construction of the design to optimise the device for your purpose is charged separately.
The pricing of our rentals is based on three categories:

In addition to the rental price, a standard deposit of € 4.800,- has to be paid for each vacuum lifter. The responsibility for collecting and returning the equipment is yours. Upon expiry of the rental period a hire purchase agreement is available. After a rental period it is possible to proceed to a rental purchase.

On the picture you see Aerolift’s smallest rental device. This vacuum lifter with petrol fuelled engine is designed to lift loads up to 500kg. As standard we provide the vacuum lifter with a small suction pad. If this suction pad is suitable for your project, depends on the application. On request it is possible to adjust another suction pad. The overall dimensions of the vacuum lifter are: 1000 x 600 x 750mm.
This small vacuum lifter (5BK) is in the price class 3. For the first week you pay a rental price of € 680,-, after which you pay for the following weeks only € 480,- per week. Besides the rental price we charge a standard deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device. You are responsible for the transport of the vacuum lifter.

This electric driven vacuum handling device has a capacity of 2.000kg. The lifter can be used in combination with one or two suction pads depending on the situation. It is possible to install a longer suction pad beam underneath the device to handle longer products with more than two suction pads. Our team is happy to provide you with an appropriate advice. The measurements of this vacuum lifter are: 2400 x 600 x 600mm.
The vacuum handling device (10EN) is in the price class 2. The first week you pay a rental price of € 780,-, after which you pay only € 580,- for the subsequent weeks. Besides the rental costs we also charge a standard deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device. You are responsible for the transport. Changing the construction of the design as shown to optimize the device for your purpose is charged separately.

This small vacuum lifter has a capacity of 4.000kg. The device is diesel driven and has room for two suction pads. The measurements are 1200 x 600 x 1000mm. Optionally, an equalizer with a total length of six meters is available, enabling the possibility to attach four suction pads for handling longer products. The vacuum lifter is provided with suspension points, but can also be used in combination with a forklift.
The rental price for the first week is € 780,-. For the following weeks you pay only €580,- per week (price class 2). However the product you want to handle needs to have a flat surface. The vacuum lifter has room for four suction pads, has two suspension points and is electric driven. This vacuum lifter enables you to (demould), lift and turn 90° in one movement. Not only concrete products, but the vacuum lifter is also suitable to handle sheet metal, steel plates and other airtight materials. The maximum lifting capacity is 6.75 tons. The lifter is electric (hydraulic) driven and provided with one suspension point.
The rental costs for the first week are € 1850 and for the following weeks € 870. For all our rental equipment we charge a deposit of € 4,800 per rental equipment. As the renter, you are responsible for transport to your location and back to our production site.
