As a result of market developments we notice an increased demand for handling longer steel plates. For this situations we design longer vacuum lifter’s to meet customer’s needs.
Last Wednesday we shipped such vacuum lifter to a customer in France. The vacuum lifter is 11,4 meters long and able to lift steel plates from 6 meters up to 16 meters. To lift steel plates outside, the lifter is provided with
a diesel generator. During inside handling the diesel generator is switched off and the power is collected from the crane hook. Lifting steel plates inside is silent and with zero emission.
