For a customer in France we developed a vacuum lifter which is able to handle concrete staircases of different dimensions. The company produces dozens concrete staircases with different dimensions. The weight varies from 1.750 kg up to 8.500 kg. Every element needs to be demoulded, lifted and turned 180 degrees.
We designed a vacuum lifter and six different suction pads. The vacuum lifter is always equipped with one of the six suction pads. Which suction pad is used, depends on the element which needs to be handled. Every suction pad has its own operating range. The device and every suction pad is equipped with a rapid release system for quick and easy exchange.
