We designed a vacuum lifter with length adjustable extensions and suction pads which are also length adjustable. This gives the vacuum lifter a wide handling range. To be precise, the lifter is able to handle plates with a minimum length of 400 mm and a maximum length of 6000 mm. The width of the plates is between 400 mm and 1500 mm. According to customer’s request the suction pads are able to lift all plates on outer ends to prevent deflection of the plate. This is necessary to be placed correctly on the cutting machine.
