In the near future Aerolift will open a production company in China. It will be a Chinese company with a Chinese CEO and Chinese employees. For this purpose three Chinese people visited our production company in the Netherlands, MHZ, from December 7th till December 12th. One of them is the Chinese CEO of Aerolift and she acted this week as interpreter between the Chinese and Dutch people.

In China it will become their job to assemble and install the vacuum lifters and if required they will solve practical problems onsite. The vacuum lifters are designed and built in the Netherlands and will be send in parts to China. During the first projects in China the Chinese will be supported by a Dutch service engineer of MHZ.
Currently Aerolift has a big project in China for the tunnel boring machine (TBM) industry. By the aid of vacuum Aerolift designed a handling solution to handle tunnel segments inside the TBM, including keystones. This was one of the projects which was under construction when the Chinese visited MHZ.
