Aerolift ES-series: standard vacuum lifters for loads weighing 3 -20 tons

The ES-series standard vacuum lifters enable safe and efficient material handling for manufacturing and construction companies, traders, general contractors, and logistics companies. With a focus on common applications, these machines offer a cost-effective option compared to fully customized lifting solutions.

Within the standard ES-series vacuum lifters, customization is limited. However, their modular design allows us to adapt the machine to the specific product type and size, making them a flexible choice for diverse applications.

The ES-series vacuum lifters are typically used for handling materials such as precast concrete, sheet metal, and pipes. They are designed to lift, move, and position loads weighing 3-20 tons.

Compared to traditional lifting methods, the ES-series vacuum lifters excel at preventing product damage, streamlining operations, and maximizing return on investment.

Safety above all

Another main benefit of vacuum technology is enhanced safety. It is mostly achieved because the vacuum lifter can be controlled remotely and no one needs to be close to the load to put or remove lifting gear. It only requires the presence of one operator and in particular cases, allows for fully automatic operation.

Standard, the vacuum lifters are equipped with a vacuum gauge and safety lights ensuring the operator can lift the load safely. Other features, such as the valve remaining in its current position in case of a power failure, ensure that the load stays suspended during a power outage. In addition, we offer several optional features that contribute to safe operations, such as a battery-driven auxiliary vacuum pump that increases the holding time by several hours.

Technical specifications

The ES-series vacuum lifters are designed for use with any crane type and operate using its electric system. Optionally the vacuum unit can be powered by a battery.

The power range (400 V AC 50Hz) lies between 1.5 and 4.5 kW.

Maintenance and service

Maintaining our vacuum lifters operational requires limited effort and resources. To ensure efficient and safe operation, it is necessary to perform regular check-ups on several parts. These include:

  • safety lights and buzzer;
  • rubbers and hoses;
  • vacuum pump and vacuum system;
  • mechanical wear parts.

All spare and wear parts can be ordered from our office in the Netherlands, directly or via our agents.

Upon request, we can provide maintenance training. Moreover, we offer a maintenance plan that involves visits by our technicians once or twice a year.

For any questions about the service and maintenance of our lifting devices, you can contact our Service Coordinator.
