Aerolift T-series: standard vacuum tilters for concrete products weighing 1-30 tons

Vacuum tilters are advanced vacuum lifters equipped with a tilting function. They combine demoulding, transporting, and 90- or 180–degree tilting in a single, efficient movement.

Within our standard T-series vacuum tilters, we offer configurable modules. This allows us to deliver high-quality solutions in a shorter time.

Aerolift vacuum tilters offer safe and efficient handling of precast concrete and tunnel segments, making them an ideal choice for manufacturers, construction companies, and contractors.

This results in a good return on investment through increased productivity and reduced operational costs. For example, by enabling upright storage of tunnel segments, our tilters can help you save up to 65% of storage space, delivering significant cost and space savings for tunnelling projects.

What types of products can be handled?

Vacuum technology is effective for products with an airtight top surface, including broom-finished concrete. Our vacuum tilters are used daily for handling a wide variety of concrete products, including:

  • Staircases and landings
  • Balcony slabs
  • Wall panels
  • Tunnel segments
  • Precast arches

Why choose our vacuum tilters?

Vacuum tilters allow you to safely and efficiently lift and tilt heavy loads with a single machine, all in one smooth operation. Here are the key advantages that set our vacuum tilters apart:

  • Safety: Operate safely from a distance with visual and acoustic alarms, battery backup, and a secure release system that prevents accidental load release.
  • Efficiency: Save time and reduce costs with single-operator handling, quick suction and release in seconds, no need for extra handling gear or anchors, and earlier demoulding thanks to the divided surface pressure of the suction pads.
  • Versatility: Multiple suction pads with a quick-change system enable fast, efficient handling of different product sizes and shapes, minimizing setup time between precast elements.
  • Reliability: Built with quality components we develop in-house—such as rubber seals, hoses, vacuum meters, and valves—our tilters offer optimal performance, safety, and durability in demanding industrial environments.
  • Ergonomic handling: No manual attachment required, intuitive controls for easy operation, and a quick exchange coupler for fast and effortless suction pad exchange.
  • Global Support & Service: Designed for easy access to key components, with clear maintenance documentation, quick daily visual checks, globally available parts, and prompt worldwide service via multiple communication channels.

Customer story

Mombarg Beton, a renowned manufacturer of precast concrete in the Netherlands, has acquired two Aerolift vacuum tilters to enhance its production processes.  Frank van der Drift, managing director of Mombarg Beton, summarizes:

“Since we started using Aerolift vacuum tilters, the cycle time has greatly reduced. Demoulding is much faster and gentler because the force is distributed over the entire suction pad. As a result, there is almost no demoulding damage to the mould or the element. This means the expensive mould lasts much longer, we can pour faster, and we can even manage with 1 FTE fewer at the finishing stage. We are positively surprised by the many advantages of the Aerolift vacuum tilters.”
