The customer of this vacuum lifter chose to first rent an Aerolift vacuum lifter, before purchasing, to experience the possibilities and advantages.
After a successful renting period, we designed a vacuum lifting solution which perfectly fit the situation. The vacuum lifter is used to lift and demould concrete elements with different dimensions up to 11 tons. Because the load is not always evenly divided over the suction pads, the vacuum lifter is provided with an overload protection system (pointed out by the yellow circle in the picture). If one of the suction pads gets overloaded an alarm sets in. This will warn the operator it is not safe to lift, without compromising the proper functioning of the device.
