On customers request we designed a mechanical pipe lifting device by coffins attached to the container spreader of a reachstacker to handle coated pipes. This lifting solution without vacuum operates easy, fast, safe and without damage to the pipes.
The lifting device positions itself perfectly above the pipes, after which “fingers” automatically close. Due to this automatic function no one has to be near the load before, during or after handling. The PE coated “fingers” lift the pipes on outer ends.
This week we finished another mechanical pipe lifting device which is ready for transport to the customer.
