We contributed to modernise a TBM production facility of one of our customers in Thailand. This production facility was already provided with advanced moulds which open mechanically.
After opening the concrete segments were demoulded by clamps. This lifting method often damaged the segments and took at least two men to operate. To optimise the situation, we delivered an Aerolift vacuum lifter to easily demould and lift the segments without causing any damage. Operating goes swiftly and can be done by one person.
