The shape of the prefabricated blade is quite special and offered us a challenge. To meet the required curves the two suction pads are specially designed for one specific place on the product. Unlike most vacuum lifters, the suction pads are relatively far from the frame. This is necessary because of the shape of the product. This is a half-circle of almost 1.5 meters high.
The prefabricated blades are 6 meters long and weigh up to 1.000 kg. To demould the vacuum lifter is over dimensioned by a factor 3.
