The EU-series is for small products up to six tons. Picked up by an overhead crane or anything else with an electric power supply. The EU-series is mainly used for lifting precast concrete and metal.
To lift with vacuum no hoisting facilities are required. So, no investment in embeds, which also means the surface stays untouched and smooth. Moreover, demoulding is possible after 8 to 10 hours due to the divided surface pressure of the suction pads. The product stays undamaged and there is less chance of cracks.
Lift both magnetic and non-magnetic metals in complete control. The soft Aerolift rubber leaves the surface free of scratches. Moreover, store without spacers because the suction pads are placed on top of the product. No attachment of slings is needed which means no one is near the product in any part of the lifting process. And besides plates, lift also pipes with this versatile vacuum lifter.
