Lifting thin metal sheets with care

Easy lifting of thin metal sheets and tube profiles. All by one vacuum lifter. Positioning goes manually with an operating bracket. And with a push on a button, the vacuum is activated and deactivated. The vacuum lifter is designed to lift metal products with various dimensions and shapes. Swift and smooth handling are all done by the operator.

No scratches or any kind of damage

With the soft Aerolift rubber, you lift any product without damage. Not even a scratch! The surface stays smooth and untouched. And due to the unique benefits of lifting by vacuum, the products remain perfectly flat, without deflection.

Lifting tube profiles

The tube profiles are small and up to three meters long. For this reason, we designed some extra suction pads with extra small Aerolift rubber. The operator can easily switch between the suction pads for the metal sheets and the tube profiles.

In its design, this device is more or less a standard device on the other hand a customer designed solution to handle small tube profiles, for example, 80 x 100 mm.

Vacuum lifter of the EU-series

This vacuum lifter is part of the Aerolift EU-series. The EU series is intended to provide a wide range of solutions within a certain standard configuration. However, this lifter is a hybrid solution. A combination of configurable and customised. This vacuum lifter is equipped with rotating suction pads, which is not a standard within the EU series.
