Internal transport to and from the cutting machine

This Dutch customer requested a lifting solution to lift steel plates to and from the cutting machine. Specially for these types of situations we designed the ‘basic design vacuum lifter’. A lifting solution based on functionality, flexible in operation and completely adjustable to customer’s needs.

Matches the cycle time of the cutting machine

The vacuum lifter operates as a fully automatic transfer station. Steel plates up to three meters are transported to and from the laser cutting machine without human interference. The cycle time of the vacuum lifter perfectly matches the time which is needed to cut a plate. Lifting goes easy and fast without damage to the plate.
