Due to our extensive specialist knowledge and our own design office, we create products together with our clients, that are suitable for all kinds of situations. It simply does not matter, if you need to lift products on a boat, up on a mountain or below the water. Furthermore, our vacuum lifting equipment can lift, turn and randomly rotate all kinds of objects, like plates and pipes! Also, our vacuum lifting solutions carry a huge variety of materials, like concrete, paper rolls, metal, wood and many other materials.

Easy and fast!

The implementation of vacuum lifting machines in your organisation, will benefit the productivity markedly. Through the fast attachment and detachment of the suction pads, your product is ready for transport within seconds. This leads to faster work progress, reduced production costs and a lower investment in labour and energy. Thanks to the suction pads, your product will not be damaged, like conventional lifting machines could do, that are working with slings, chains and hooks. Here you can find more information about vacuum handling, and in how our vacuum lifting devices work.

Vacuum lifters: The safest way to handle your product

Vacuum lifting is in many cases, a safer technology than conventional lifting systems. Unlike techniques using slings, chains and hooks, an Aerolift vacuum lifter continuously monitors the safety status. The operator is always able to read the vacuum level. Moreover, as soon as the vacuum level drops below 80%, the lifter emits a warning signal. All Aerolift vacuum devices are engineered and built to ensure that in the event of a technical failure you have enough time to get your load safely to the ground.

To make our vacuum lifters safe, we make them with:

  1. steel reinforced hoses, making them resistant to very considerable forces;
  2. if required, heating elements on essential components such as valves, pumps and cabinets, so that they are less susceptible to temperature;
  3. suction pads that are better resistant to damage;
  4. Aerolift rubbers performing reliably in the temperature range from -40 °C to +50 °C. For operation under higher temperatures we use a rubber quality that holds its integrity in temperatures up to 220 °C;
  5. All our vacuum lifters comply at minimum with NEN-EN 13155 industry standards or in accordance with SGS, ABS, Lloyds TÜV and others your preferred regulations.
