First the suction pad is placed on the precast concrete element, after which the vacuum is activated. Next demoulding starts by lifting the vacuum turner. Immediately after the precast concrete element is turned 180 degrees. Turning goes in complete control of the operator. In this situation the complete cycle to return to the starting position is less than 4 minutes!
The lifting solution is designed to lift precast concrete elements with various dimensions. They vary in length, width, and thickness. To meet every dimension, we designed seven different suction pads. With a quick coupling it is easy and fast to switch between the suction pads.
